I've loved doing jigsaw puzzles ever since I was a kid. It's one of my favorite things to do. I dump all the pieces out, sort them by color or texture, put the cover of the box right in front so I can see what I'm doing and then I get to work. Or rather, I start obsessing over it day and night until it's done. Jerry doesn't share my obsession on puzzles. But I recently saw him do the SAME exact thing during a shoot...but without the picture on the box. We photographed a dancer and then he created this image in his head of a dancer moving across the frame of a single photo. And then he built it up from scratch. And he was OBSESSED with this project. He sketched the different poses out on notepaper, we set up the lights and then he did again and again and again. But the results? SO AWESOME.
